Colleagues,
We are preparing to consult members on the recent pay offer from COSLA to all employees covered by the SJC (Red Book) agreement, through a digital ballot.
UNISON is recommending REJECTION of the offer – please see attached correspondence from the joint trade unions outlining the reasons.
I have attached leaflets providing further examples of why we deserve more.
The digital ballot will commence on Monday 12th April 2021 and end Wednesday 28th April 2021. – further details to follow.
I will also send out details for online member’s meetings to enable further discussion and advice to be take place.
